Usage instructions:
Shake the bottle before use. Dilute in 30-60ml room temperature water. Always administer diluted in water. Adults and children over 12 years: Take 20 drops (1,0ml) 3 times a day. Children 6 – 12 years: Give 15 drops (0,75ml) 3 times a day. Children 3 – 5 years: Give 10 drops (0,5ml) 3 times a day. Children 3 months – 3 years: Give 8 drops (0,4ml) 3 times a day. Infants under 3 months: Give 6 drops (0,3ml) 3 times a day.
How to use:
Read the information leaflet thoroughly. Suitable for use in adults and children from 1 years of age. Diabetic-friendly, non-sedative, sugar free, gluten free, lactose free, preservative free, vegetarian friendly. Not suitable for use during pregnancy or lactation. Infants to be under physician supervision. Children 1 to 3 years: Give 8 drops (0,4 ml) 3 times per day. Children 3 to 5 years: Give 10 drops (0,5 ml) 3 times per day. Children 6 to 12 years: Give 15 drops (0,75 ml) 3 times per day. Adults and children over 12 years: Take 20 drops (1,0 ml) 3 times per day. Do not exceed the maximum daily dosage.

Progast is exactly what you need if you struggle with IBS, constipation, heartburn, bloating or all of the above, like me. Or previous me in this case.

Excellent stuff!!hubby used to suffer with pain In the abdominal area and progast has brought relief and taken it away even though we are currently fasting and he uses it max twice a day morning and evening.Also noted that his tummy is nolonger so bloated!!

I received a bottle Progast as a gift from Finesse when attending their birthday celebrations. I struggle with reflux and stomach kramps. I started to use Progast 3 times per day and I feel so much better! I am not so bloated any more and my reflux and heartburn is much better. I am very happy with the result.
