Usage instructions:
Heat Therapy: Heat in microwave: 700 - 900W for 20 seconds if pack is at room temperature (1 min if frozen). Check that the right temperature has been achieved. Apply to the affected area. Cold Therapy: Freeze for 1- 2 hours. Do not apply pack direct from freezer onto naked skin. Wrap in cloth before applying. Return to freezer after use.
Warnings:
Always check the temperature prior to application. Overheating or prolonged application may cause injuries including burns. Heating beyond suggested time may damage or destroy pack. For external use only. Do not use on children under 2 years. Do not puncture pack and/or ingest contents. Do not apply to sensitive skin, or open wounds. Do not use for purposes other than intended.
