Shake before applying. Step 1: Use the Turbo Glow wand to apply a dot of product for a luminous glow. Step 2: For highlighting, place the product on the high points of your face, including the cheekbones, brow bones, nose, and cupid’s bow. Step 3: For blush, apply to the cheekbones.
