Operation
Insert the power plug into the wall power socket.
To switch on the infrared lamp, slide the switch INFRARED "I" into the position.
Slide the switch MASSAGE "I" into position for normal vibration.
For Stronger vibration, slide the switch MASSAGE "II" into position:
ATTENTION:
Infrared lamp will increase in temperature, after heating, if no contact with body.
Always check temperature of the infrared lamp with tip of the finger before making contact with the body.
Reduce temperature by switching off lamp for a short period. A temperature that is too high can be reduced by switching the infrared lamp off for a short period.
MASSAGE
Hold the massager by handle and, depending on the application, place the infrared lamp massage head against the skin.
Guide the massager in circular or straight movements slowly over the skin.
Massage without applying undue pressure
To achieve an optimal effect, try keep skin taut.
Always start the massage at the position furthest from the heart and then slowly work towards the heart. Switching off
After use, depending on the application, return the switches INFRARED and MASSAGE back in the position "0".
Remove the plug from the wall power socket.

Safeway infrared massager
Affordable comparing to other brands, works lovely, soothes my knee so much so that i can walk without an unloader brace. A bit noisy, but thats a small price to pay. I recommend it

Super Soothing Massgage
Found this after been hidden in a cupboard for several years. Like a gift from heaven! I suffer from inflamed swollen feet and this massager is exactly what I need to sooth them.
