Bought this as a temporary set up to see if this style of hairdryer worked for me before investing in a more expensive one, and honestly no need to do so! This is perfect. Wish it lasted longer
I was gifted one in 2023, it lasted a couple months and burnt out. I got one in April 2024 and it ironically started giving me problems in June 2025 which is after the 1 year warranty. It started to overheat and turn off, and then the lights would come on but didn’t work at all.

Faulty Product
I was given a faulty product, tried to return it in store and was told I bought it over a month prior and therefore cannot return it. When connecting the different brushes to the handle- wobbly and cannot stay fixed. Really disappointed.

Big mistake
While this tool creates a sleek look with curled ends, it is painful to use. The entire device becomes extremely hot, making it uncomfortable to hold.

Amazing hair volumizer
I very seldom leave reviews, but let me just say... WOW! I have long, thick hair. My hair drying time was cut in half, the extra connections work wonders and this one does not switch off like its predecessor when it gets too hot. I kept expecting it to switch off, but it did not! My hair looks lovely and is so soft! I'm very happy with my purchase!

I loved the way the way my hair felt after using the brush it was soft silky and straight as i have very curly hair. The down fall was it doesn't last i got it in December 2023 and in June 2024 it broke.

Works perfectly on 4c hair
You can use all the combs for different results. The smallest straightens your hair. The biggest just puffs out your Afro, so you don’t have to do twists the night before. It takes me 20min max to blow out my hair. I love it.

Worst decision I made
Bought this hair dryer October last year only worked three times then when I tried to use it again my the dryer had this weird smell like it was burnt or something. Could not take it back cause I misplaced the slip, just don't waste your time

Great product
Perfect go to of you spend hours on blow drying. Cut styling in half and works for 3c/4a hair. The different brushes will suit ear length hair as well. Doesn't shut down when hot like ice seen with other air brush and doesn't have a weird smell like other tools have when it's new. It left my hair beautifully stretched and what's convenient is the different speeds and temperatures. Only thing I find icky is, it'll take a while to cool down when switching to cool air but other than that I don't find anything wrong with it. Girl don't walk, RUN AND GET ONE!

Stopped working
I bought this on 2nd November 2023 on January 7th 2024 it stopped working. The lights goes on but no sound or air coming out. This is very very bad indeed
