Usage instructions:
Step 1: Shake bottle before use. Step 2: Each serving = 2 x tablespoons (30 ml). For best results: Drink 2 hours before or after medication. For severe cases: Drink 3 - 6 servings a day. If symptoms don't improve in 3-5 days or get worse, consult your healthcare provider. To maintain: Drink 1-2 servings a day.

Store below 25°C in a dry place.
