Try to follow the same palpation order, without jumping from one area to another. Left breast: Lie down on your back with a pillow or towel rolled up under your shoulder and raise your left arm putting it below your head.Introduce your right hand into the Sensifemme glove so that the side containing the oil is over the breast.Joining and stretching the fingers of your right hand, glide them over the left breast following the next movements: SpiralRadialCircularUpward and Downward linesAfter finishing, without changing your body position, examine your left armpit.Be especially careful when examining the so called supero-external quadrant of both breasts, which is the nearest part to the armpit, as this isthe area where more than half of the breast cancers are detected.Right breast: with your left hand make the palpation as you previously did with the other breast. In case you have any doubt about the performingof the technique, feel free to visist your doctor or nurse.
