Brush twice a day and not more than three times, minimise swallowing and spit out.
Storage instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place.

This is really an excellent tooth paste however the price is what has made me change brands. but on the up side it is a really good toothpaste and it works for sensitive teeth and keeps my teeth white
