Usage instructions:
Infants and babies up to 2 years: One spray into each nostril as required. Children over 2 years and adults: One or two sprays into each nostril as required.
Storage instructions:
Store below 25°C.

Do not use Sinutab Saline Nasal Spray if you have known hypersensitivities to sodium chloride or to any of the other ingredients. If symptoms persist after 14 days, or worsen, or if new symptoms occur, stop use and consult a healthcare professional. For nasal use only. Discard 12 weeks after first opening. Keep out of sight and reach of children. Don't recycle bottle. One bottle should be used only by the same person as the use of this dispenser by more than one person may spread infection

Worth a try if you are tired of sinus medication
Mildly helped with my post nasal and can get a bit messy so do use it over a sink. Still a better alternative than popping pills to help with sinus relief. Does not burn if you are worried.
