How to use
Usage instructions:
1. Exfoliate skin using Skinny Tan Miracle Tan Eraser and Exfoliating Mitt for a streak-free, even tan. 2. Ensure skin is completely dy prior to application. 3. Apply evenly and blend in circular motions. 4. Wash palms with warm, soapy water directly after application. 5. Wait until touch dry before dressing. 6. Allow tan to develop for 6-8 hours before showering. Re-apply daily until you reach your desired level of tan.
Storage instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place under 15°C. Keep out of direct sunlight.
Warnings:
Avoid contact with eyes. Stop using this product if you develop redness or itching. Do not apply to damaged or inflamed skin. This product does not contain a sunscreen and does not protect against sunburn. Great product!
The formula is light, non-sticky as promised and quickly absorbs into the skin. Originally I thought that it would take a few applications of this gradual tanner to show a difference but about 8 hours after the first application I was definitely a shade darker. Unlike most self-tanners, this one does not create that weird smell but has a lovely vanilla coconut scent. The cream goes on clear so you just need to concentrate on remembering where you have put it. I am caucasian and can tan but prefer to stay out of the sun so at the time I put it on I was quite luminous but I found the colour looked like a very natural tan on me and was not at all orange. I would suggest you use this cream after a few days of regular moisturizing and just before applying to exfoliate in the shower to take away any dead skin so that the colour can be developed evenly, overall this product didn't leave me patchy. As for skinnyness, my skin felt lovely and soft and I find a darker shade can help to de-emphasize the appearance of cellulite. I have slightly sensitive skin and am acne prone but I found no problems after applying this on my face. I find you just need to reapply this product about once a weak and you really don't need a lot of the cream per application, one bottle lasts me about 2 months. This product is definitely worth its price and is my favourite go to self-tanner, thank you Skinny Tan!
