Usage instructions:
Adults: Take 5-12.5 ml, 10-30 minutes before meals, two to three times daily. Do not take after 4pm. Remember to drink 8-12 glasses of water daily. Only effective in combination with a balanced, energy-restricted diet and regular exercise. Do not use for more than 5 days per week.
