Usage instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare o baking tray. In a bowl, mix the butter, the egg and gluten-free premix until a cookie dough forms. Stir in 3/4 of the choc chips until well dispersed. Gently roll the dough into 12 balls. Place on the baking tray and sprinkle each ball with the remaining choc chips. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Baking times may vary depending on oven temperature. Remove from the oven & allow to cool. Top tip: Freeze the cookie dough balls (for a minimum of 1 hour). Bake in your oven or airfryer as needed. Store in an airtight container and eat within 3 days.
