How to use
Usage instructions:
Preheat oven to 170°C and prepare a cake pan or muffin tray with paper cases. On high speed, whisk together the eggs and the sugar mix until light and creamy. Add the oil and mix until well combined. Gently fold half of the flour mix and half of the milk into the mixture. Repeat with the remaining four and milk until smooth. Reduce the oven temperature to 160°C. For the cake, pour the batter into the prepared cake tins and bake for 35-40 minutes. For the cupcakes, pour the batter into the paper cases and bake for 15-20 minutes. To check if the cake or cupcakes are done insert a skewer into the centre. If it comes out cleats ready. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes, then move onto a wire rack to cool further. Store in the fridge and consume within 3 days.
