Not for thick hair
Not recommended it pulls the hair and makes split ends show, the sides of the plates pulls the hair damaging the hair. Heat isnt 100% works on very low heat Even though it on the highest.

Not worth it!!!
Wouldn't recommend buying this straightener. It takes a long to heat up and it is not even that warm. Does not straighten hair well at all. Total waste of money.

Absolutely terrible
I purchased mine a while ago and it doesn't even straighten my hair. Leaves hair feeling dry and damaged without even doing it's job. Do not recommend to anyone.

Would not recommend
This hair iron is terrible. I returned it the day after I purchased it. It takes long to heat up and does not even heat up to the desired temperature. The packaging says it heats up to 250 degrees and the actual straightener doesn't go further than 230 degrees. It switches off after a while, than does not heat up again, and if it does, it heats up for less than 10 seconds than switches off.

Worst hair straightener !
Please do not purchase this product, its a total waste of money.Your hair gets buff and frizzed put after 5 minutes of being straight!

Not impressed
I've had this one for a few months now. And it has caused some heat damage and dryness. After 3 months the temperature settings stopped working, the hair straightener literally only works on 1 heat setting, 215°.
I had a tresemme hair straightener before this one and was definitely a much better buy.

Poor product
I bought this product because I love sorbet products. I have fine hair, it does not work on my hair at all, the plates too far apart. Wasted money.

Not a good purchase
I got this as a gift for Christmas 2 years ago, work 4 months and then heats up and dies. Exchanged for new one, this one lasted 7 months and does the same.
