Place the file on the underside of the nail edge.
Two:
File your nails in smooth strokes, towards the centre of the nail.
Three:
Dust after each use by tapping the file. Alternatively, for ingrained dirt, soak the file for a few minutes in warm water with added anti-bacterial soap and scrub using a nail brush, across the gritty surface and the handle. Rinse with clean water and leave to air dry.
