Excellent.
Activ folate is much better and healthier than folic acid. I saw results within weeks. My nails are stronger, longer, my hairloss is less. I'm using it for TTC but it works!

I am not sure if it works because I've been taking it for 3 months and do not feel any different but it is priced very well. have tried conceiving but nothing happened. This medicine has not been evaluated by the Medicines Control Council. It does however have all the recommended doses that we need and it FOLATE.
