Usage instructions:
Adults 18 years and older: Rinse and gargle with 10ml (2 teaspoonfuls) twice daily for 90 seconds after brushing. Do not swallow. Wait 5 minutes before eating. Children 12-17 years: Rinse and gargle with 10ml (2 teaspoonfuls) once daily after brushing. Do not swallow. Wait 5 minutes before eating.
Warnings:
