Fish oil in a convenient capsule form. Sigh. So many things to love. Mega Omega Supreme delivers 1 646mg of omega 3 per dose – mostly EPA and DHA. How does the Real Thing keep it real? Only the good stuff will do. The omega-3 EPA and DHA fatty acid concentrate is from wild fish caught off the Peruvian coast. All processing happens under mild conditions, with minimum exposure to oxygen, protecting the precious omega-3s, which become unstable when exposed to oxygen, high temperatures, light and alkaline or acidic substances. Each batch is also tested for EPA, DHA, and other omega-3 fatty acid content; oxidation indicators like peroxide value, anisidine value, and TOTOX; environmental pollutants and contaminants like PCDDs, PCDFs, and Dioxin-like PCBs; heavy metals like arsenic, lead, and mercury; and microbial contaminants.

Omega brand best value for money
This omega is the one that the health shop assistant once told me is the best brand of omegas to use for the mg you get in each capsule considering the price. I really like the "The real thing" brand - so I like sticking to this product.
