How to use
Usage instructions:
The usual dose for adults and children 12 years and older: Take 1 tablet once or twice daily, after a meal, with a glass of water. Use for at least 6 weeks to see beneficial effects.

Each time i take excel I start my periods and theyre heavy with a lot of blood cloths

Assists in focus and mental energy. Great! So good that I actually only take 1 a day as 2 affects my sleep patterns!

Since i used it for the past 2 months i gained weight...can it be..

Works!
Have been using 2 tabs a day for 2 weeks now and notice a better ability to focus with noticeable tunnel vision. Effects seem to last about 6-8 hours after taking them daily first thing in the morning. There is a bit of apathy for anything outside the focus area though, so some tasks are just ignored. Much better effect than Ultima Brain Power.
