So I bought this straightener as my ghd died on me after 8 years. So this straightener has burnt and damaged my hair so badly.. I thought perhaps I should put the heat lower but even on the lowest heat I watched my hair melt!!!

I purchased mine yesterday based upon previous reviews and YouTube videos- I have to admit, this is a home run 💯 I have long, frizzy, and curly hair and to find a straightener that delivers results equivalent to a GHD at an affordable price is unbelievable! Not exactly true
For those that say it is better than a DHG, wrong. This product straightens hair yes, but to compare it with the DHG, the hair is still a bit fizzy. It does not stay straight for long. With a DHG, 1 iron and the hair is perfect in place and flat. You can sleep with it and for 3 days your hair is straight. Do not confuse this product being R799 R1000 to a product of 2200+ The differences is day and night and this leaves my hair dry afterwards. It is a great product for people with a low budget, but please don't make statements that it is better than a DHG cause it does not come close. If you looking for the effects of a DHG then you might find yourself unhappy with your purchase. If you happy with getting your hair neat quickly, it does do a good job.

I've purchased the straightener in August cz my Ghd broke however the straightener is burning my hair i can even smell it its actually turning my hair hard on the lowest temp n my hair is breaking out n falling off I dnt knw what to do and I do have the box n slip n so not happy with this product wud nt recommend it
