Usage instructions:
30g Protein = 2 scoops. 60g Protein = 4 scoops. Mix ±2 scoops (150g) into 375 - 450ml of cold water. Full cream milk may be used, this will increase the total protein to 43g. Mix ±4 scoops (300g) with 750 - 900ml water (divided between 2 small shakers). Full cream milk may be used, this will increase the total protein to 86g. Take once daily or in divided servings. Use as a recovery drink post-training and/or in-between meals.
