I have been seeing many reviews on the benefits of turmeric and thought to try it due to its anti-inflammatory properties. It has helped me recover from a viral infection recently so well and I have been feeling great with just have 2 capsules a day for a month now and I have been feeling great. No side effects or fatigue either.
I will definitely be repurchasing this supplement and adding it to my daily routine.

Causes heartburn /acid reflux
Not great if you suffer from digestion problems. Although this product mentions digestive aid, it causes acid reflux even when consumed in lesser quantities than recommended on the bottle.
